PHNS provides a full range of revenue cycle services including full and partial receivables management, business office and accounts receivable services, as well as interim revenue cycle services, to hospitals using PHNS’ proprietary processes and procedures. We augment our revenue cycle services through the use of customized, third-party electronic system technology for accounts receivable management, which allows us constantly to track progress on the status of accounts and collection success.
Our account representatives have experience in patient access, managed care contracts, calculating reimbursement rates, UB92 and HCFA forms, HIPAA transactions and regulatory compliance standards. The PHNS management team ensures that all account representatives comply with customers’ policies and procedures, associated work plans, operating standards and applicable government regulations, including HIPAA requirements.
